Why get a flu shot, knowing all the strange things they do to you? Just avoid refined sugar, processed foods, eat lots of vegetables, roots, fruits, nuts, meat and plenty of garlic and you won’t get sick. I have been doing that for a long time and I don’t get sick while everyone around me is falling ill from sickness.

We are being sprayed every day with chemtrails that zig zag the sky. Look up! This has been going on throughout time on unsuspecting populations through air and water. It will probably start with destroying the population in third world countries (maybe by spraying hepititis in the air).
