Can nutrition assist in immunity of the avian flu?

Date March 14, 2010

I live in Alaska and the Avian flu has been a major concern. Epidemics will be more frequent along with natural disasters. I have no health insurance and my first line of defense is what I eat. I am learning about indoor gardening. If anyone can suggest vegetable to grow I would appreciate it.

ok as stated before U very unlikely to catch it. . . I had a lot of time Bout fear that making it so research and found that it is scary, but you can do it so easily. Now, nutrition, there is no way to prevent infection if u can give strengh to ur body by eating well. If you have a strong immune system, it is more likely to beat the disease such as influenza. I read that you can actually fought against the avian flu when it is not a case so bad, so weather or not it helps, eat well and you will avoid other things in progress.
