As far as I know, this is not really necessary, but it may be a good idea to take vaccination before coming here. While noting that even vaccinations against influenza are not 100% foolproof. But, speaking from the perspective of a person residing in Singapore, the risk of contracting H1N1 is very low, unless you go visit one community sectors spread. One of them is the Butter Factory at One Fullerton.

Travelers to Singapore are not required to take vaccinations against influenza before going to Singapore. However, incoming passengers will be given a card on the H1N1 flu precautions. You will not be required to complete any card statement cependant.nnVaccinations in Singapore are only required if you are from certain African countries and South America (within 6 days), particularly those affected by yellow fever, I. e. be vaccinated against yellow fever. Vaccinations are to take at least 10 days before voyager.nnLa conclusion is that you do not need to take vaccinations against influenza when traveling to Singapore.

If these vaccines against influenza has worked, why H1N5 is still circulating? NnDe mutation of the virus and take lots of Vit. Cs to build your immune system.

Not necessary. However, SG has strict temperature scanning at borders and airports and you could be quarantined if you have symptoms of H1N1.
